We are a forward-thinking, progressive club that continues to look to market and promote Halifax RUFC in new, innovative ways.
We have 2 senior Mens sides, 2 Womens sides and a Mixed Ability side. The club is looking to launch its first ever junior girls section over the next 12 months.
Our work has seen the club chosen to display both the Women’s World Cup Trophy and the Webb Ellis Trophy, while our Mixed Ability Team the Magpies have represented the club and Calderdale in the World Cup over in Cork Ireland in front of thousands of people.
However there is so much more to Halifax RUFC - and our mission is to make rugby accessible to all, while we work with the local community to support a variety of different initiatives.
- We regularly receive 8,000 visitors a month to the club website
- On Facebook we have more than 3,000 followers, with a weekly reach exceeding 6,500
- On Twitter we have approximately 3,200 followers across three accounts
- Our facilities are hired out to the general public, broadening the reach of the club

Player sponsorship - £150 men and ladies
- Name / Company on the board in the club entrance, in the changing room corridor and on the club website (Joe Bloggs PLC proudly sponsors John Smith)
- Company annoucements and news shared on all the clubs social media channels
- Your chosen player also receives club stash
Match Sponsor - £350
- Name / Company on the website, Facebook, Twitter and the clubhouse before and after the game.
- Picture with the team captains and referee before the game (which will then be shown again on the website and social media after the match)
- Pre and post match food for up to 6 guests
- 30 free drinks to enjoy the afternoon with your guests
